Refund policy

Returns Policy:

If you're not satisfied with the items you received, you can return or exchange the products within 14 days from the receipt of your order.

Please make sure that the item(s) are in full accordance with our Return Policy:

• Items must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
• All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging.
• We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the items during your possession and may reject the request to return, exchange, or refund.
• You must inform us about the faulty, damaged, or incorrect products within 2 days of  the receiving date of the order.
• In the case of faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods, we may offer you a substitute or replacement product, or we will give you a full refund through the possible means. In any case, you must return the faulty, damaged, or incorrect products to us as soon as possible in the same condition as supplied.

Try Before You Buy:

Depending on the shipping service used, customers may be able to quickly try the outfits while the courier waits at the door. In case of returning the order with the courier, the full amount of shipping must be paid. Otherwise, they can try the items after receiving and make a replacement/return request if needed within 14 days.

Refunds:

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
• Refunds will be only on the cost of products. Any shipping or processing fees will not be refunded.
• Subject to the above exclusions, we will process a refund upon receipt of the returned/exchanged products, excluding any delivery charges you paid for through ordering. If a return is received that has been claimed for defect, but in fact, fails to be approved, the item will be resent and shipping costs will be added. 

Credit Card:

If you paid by credit card, your money will be refunded back to your credit card. Refund process will take 7-14 working days from the bank side.

Cash on Delivery:

If you paid with cash on delivery, a courier will come to collect the items you wish to return and give you back your money in cash on the spot. Please make sure that the condition of the items being returned matches our RETURN POLICY. Furthermore, make sure you only give the courier the items you created a return request for.

The items will go through quality inspection after we receive them. If they do not match our return policy, you may not be eligible for cash refunds anymore and the item's value will be added to your account to be paid with the next order. Later return requests will go through the normal refund process (check above).
